		<description>I think your only problem is that your category -- &quot;dumbest&quot; -- is way too broad!

Why don&#039;t you start a series of &quot;dumbest&quot; categories?  For example Dumbest Letter written on Growth Management, Dumbest Letter written on Religion, Dumbest Letter written on Local Politics, etc.

Then once a month or so, we could have a contest and vote on the Monthly Grand Champion Dumbest Letter.  There would certainly be plenty of material available.  And, the possibilities are endless.</description>
