ABC  NEWS / This Week with George Stephanopoulos:  This week’s guest will be Vice President Joseph Biden, Jr., who is in Iraq this weekend for meetings with the nation’s leaders in his new role as President Obama‘s point man in the region.  Finally, the weekly political roundtable featuring Cynthia Tucker of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, former Bush-Cheney strategist Matthew Dowd, former Vice President Cheney’s daughter Liz Cheney, and conservative columnist George Will of the Washington Post Writers Group.
