		<description>There is nothing wrong with trying to help a constituant.  After all, that is what our elected officials are supposed to be doing.  However, I always believed that one of the first things that was taught in ethics class (if such a class still exists), especially in law school, was that you should not just avoid an obvious conflict of interest, but also the APPEARANCE of any such conflict.  One has to guess that Mr. Alexander missed that lesson, or simply chose to discard it.  He should be reminded that the former Speaker of the Florida House of Representatives apparantly missed that lesson, too...and look what is happening to him!</description>
