Finally, in a headline designed to shock Tribune readers the paper states, Sen. Storms Gets One Right. The Senator is sponsoring a bill to “require state agencies and local governments to electronically post specific information on contracts of $5,000 or more. And to the extent possible, the contract itself would be put on line.”
Not a bad idea. What about another bill that would bar state officials from entering in to confidentiality agreements with private companies?
